Last night, I found myself with more than 20 minutes to feed myself, and then I thought, CABBAGE! And then I made this:

Not only is it the colors of a sweater that I wish I had, it is packed full of nutrient things, and tasty as helllllll. To make: Saute a whole bunch of purple cabbage with onions, carrots, kale, apple cider vinegar and turbinado, then simmer,  then feel better than everyone, INCLUDING YOURSELF.
