Parents, no more need to attempt to trick your children into believing in Santa via elaborate ploys such as this:

BECAUSE HE IS OFFICIALLY REAL. Steve and I caught him last night in Greenpoint, patiently waiting to cross the street, looking sort of ageless and holy, waving at anyone who gave him a thumbs up (me.)
