This morning I observed some classes at the incredible Bronx Academy of Letters. Um, inspire much?

I’m doing some research for A Long and Happy Life and it was just so NICE to get out of my head, and into here:

where the teachers and students know way more than I do about charting hurricanes; the history of the English language. Seriously these kids are really motivated, the teachers are patient and sharp, and I’m really looking forward to spending more time here. AND THEN STEALING EVERYTHING FOR MY PLAY, MWAH
