Last night, Coach K led the Bad News Ballers to Victory! They are going to the championships!!! MAYBE the other teams in the league should take a tip from the Ballers, who happens to be only team with a Coach. Who is Josh. Who wears a blazer over his team shirt, for effect. Said success ALSO may have had something to do with the fact that nearly the whole Naked Radio staff was there cheering, recording, interviewing and commentator-ing for an upcoming segment on, well, the fact that Josh randomly coaches grown mens’ basketball. (By ‘randomly’ I don’t mean to insinuate that he is not totally professional about it, because he is, and he’s also really good at yelling important things and ‘plays’ and etc.) As for MY part, I enjoyed dubbing the players with nicknames like ‘Mad Men’ and ‘Grasshopper’ and ‘Steve’ (for the bearded one,) and yelling that people were ‘travelling,’ this being one of the few basketball terms I remember.
