Don’t mind us jerks! We’re down at a SoCal Hotel where we sojourned last February, when I was 12 weeks pregnant and Joe was the size of a Lime and Covid was still buried in the headlines. We are slowly introducing Joe to the concepts of World outside our house and People that aren’t us. We’ll never know how the first year of his life would’ve been different if it weren’t for Covid, maybe kind of the same? But either way, very grateful to have been tucked in with him for so long, and for these gentle steps Back Out.
