Had my last day of Switched at Birth yesterday and it was sad. Even with the long hours as of late, I love this job and every single person I work with, so much. I get to be a part of a show that’s not just a show, but is doing something meaningful, that utilizes my life experiences, and also make a living while at it . If you had told 22 year old post-grad school panicked me that someday, I’d have a great job on a fantastic show, and taking my hiatus to head to the O’Neill, I woulda said, 1.) You’re crazy, 2.) Future me is the luckiest, and 3.) WHAT’S YOUR DEAL, DISEMBODIED PROPHETIC VOICE? TV Gods willing, we’ll be back in the fall, and I will happily return to spending 90% of my time with my arm awkwardly dangling around teen heartthrobs.
