Today, my TINY LITTLE BABY BROTHER TIM graduates from Basic School, a Six Month Program all Marine Officers have to go through, which I just copied directly from a text from my Dad, in response to my text, I wrote down Tim graduation today. What is he graduating from? I then called him.

ME: CONGRATULATIONS!!!

TIM: Thanks sister.

ME: What’s happening? What are you now?

TIM: I’m a lieutenant.

ME: What were you before?

TIM: ….I was a lieutenant. I’m still a lieutenant.

ME: So but, what happened?

TIM: Basic training.

ME: ……Okay. So but, why?

TIM: Basic training for all commissioned officers.

ME: But you already were an officer? I don’t get it.

TIM: You don’t have to. Fortunately, that’s not your job.

ME: I’m going to go write for television now.

TIM:…Yeah….do that.
