The Oregon Trail play concerns middle school, a lot, so I’ve been thinking extra about that special, special time. I actually spend a fair amount of time in my regular life thinking about middle school. I really think that our adult behavior is dictated by unrequited needs from Middle School. It’s a bad, bad scene that I’m happy to be done with, and even happier to never have to do ever again. Other things I’ll never have to do again:

– Try and get a ride to the mall

-Wear nothing but brown corduroy for a month

– cry to Bush songs

– Wait for my Mom to pick me up

– write in a dream journal

– It’s possible that I will again cry to Bush songs at some point in my life.
