For me, the best time to go running is when you first wake up, when you are still sort of confused. The brain is unable to manufacture any resistance, and before you know it, you are wearing clothes and out the door and find yourself waking up DURING the run, and all of the sudden: what’s up, pigeons and world! If you wait until AFTER coffee, when the brain awakes, it is sure to convince you that watching a lot of Teen Mom is a great idea; and that running itself is crazy.
