In addition to monologues, I can sometimes bust out a good cookie or two. For last night’s homemade monologue party (success!) I made and nerdily labelled: glazed pumpkin cookies, Paula Deen’s gooey chocolate butter cookies, and chocolate chip bacon cookies. Monologues were read, we learned of evil villians, love and terrorists, I felt narcissistic, pleased and informed, and we all just got really fat.
