Mr. Jason Blaine Roberts Barbee, hand model, shows off fried pieces of (easy mac) mac and cheese from the Wooden Nickel, an incredible little pub in Hillsboro. These little bite sized guys were much better than ones I’ve had before that were rounder, more substantial, blander – but I can’t help but wonder if, instead of easy mac, they were stuffed with my MOM’s mac and cheese, I maybe might have died just a LITTLE bit more.
