Yet another compelling reason to not to large organized tour things.  Yesterday, a small fire broke out on this duck boat tour in Philly, and it stalled….then was hit by a barge. All passengers were knocked into the water, two died. So so sad. RIP, the two victims, as well as duck boats of tourism, in general.
